Calix has developed heaters that fits most vehicles, brands and models. Calix heaters range from basic contact heaters that are very easy to install on the outside of the engine block, to high performance hose heaters which provides optimal heating using an internal thermostat and circulation pump.

  • Insertion Heaters

    Calix insertion heating elements are inserted into the engine block and fixated with a mounting screw. Very high efficiency, very low losses makes the insertion the preferred choice in demanding conditions.

    All Calix insertion heaters are vehicle model specific and come with detailed installation instructions. The Calix engine block insertion heaters are available as 230v and 115v.

  • Thermosiphon Heaters

    Calix Thermosiphon heaters are connected to the cooling system outside the engine block using a hose connection (20 mm) and are based on the self-circulation principle fulfilling all requirements that can be set for a heating system.

    Calix thermosiphon engine heaters are equipped with an overheating guard and a thermostat. The Calix Performance Heater (PH) range is available in 230v and 115v and power range from 400W to 2000W.

  • Oil Heaters

    Calix Oil heaters for crucial systems. We have a range of oil heaters dedicated to heat axles, transmissions and hydraulic systems. Oil heaters improve the quality and viscosity of the oil at low temperatures reducing wear on components. Calix oil heaters come in power range from 150W to 400W.

  • Forced Circulation Heaters

    Calix Forced Circulation Heater (FCH), with PTC element, is a hose heater with an integrated circulation pump that spreads the heat faster and more evenly in the engine, making it more efficient. Available with 16 and 19 mm connections. Rated at 550W @-20°C, Pump Capacity 8l/min.

  • Continuously Variable Heaters

    Calix Continuously Variable Heater (CVH), is a hose heater with a PTC element, that adjusts the heating performance gradually when the cooling water temperature increases.

    The performance of the heater is 500W and can be increased up to 750W with Calix circulation pump system. The CVH is designed for engines with 4 up to 16 litre cooling system.

  • Cabin Heaters

    Calix Waveline cab heaters are small, light, powerful and quiet with maximum noise level of 50DB. The cab heaters are available as 800W, 1200W, 1700W, 2000W. Calix Waveline cab heaters are self-adjusting, meaning they adjust the power based on the surrounding temperature. The heaters can be installed with mounting hold, the quick clip, or the wire bracket.

    Modern vehicles with advanced electric systems require a top-charged battery, especially when the vehicle is used for frequent short distances. A fully charged battery lasts longer, and performs better in cold weather. The charging is done fully automatically when required. Just as all other Calix products, our battery chargers are built with the highest quality.

The cables are especially made to withstand the stress in the engine compartment including wear, temperature fluctuation, dirt and liquids.
